At your first visit we will review your medical history and discuss current concerns regarding your pain and movement restrictions. You will then undergo a thorough assessment of your biomechanics utilizing balance testing, manual muscle testing (NKT), and structural alignment evaluation (Voila Method). When indicated, RockPod cupping will be used as a myofascial release tool to address restrictions in the soft tissue, followed by gentle manual manipulation to restore alignment to the joints. Function will then be reassessed, and further adjustments will be applied as needed. Gentle tapping and light touch will be used to stimulate the lymphatic system to encourage circulation of lymphatic fluid, removing cellular waste from areas of damaged tissue and promote healing. RockTape kinesiotape will be applied when indicated to support the body for several days after your appointment. Corrective exercise will be prescribed to help restore and maintain the adjustments performed in the office.
